Key Duties & Responsibilities

<ul>
<li>Responsible for maintain customer satisfaction level while retain them with the company. </li>
<li>Coordinate the Department activities in order to improve the efficient level of body shop.</li>
<li>Instruct body shop staff team to carryout quality job and monitor their tasks, guide & coach them in order to achieve high level of productivity of body shop. </li>
<li>Handling the customer complaints / inquiries & drive the team towards high CSI. </li>
<li>Achieve the given targets while maintaining high level of team morale & motivation.</li>
<li>Preparation of repair estimates and coordinating with insurance companies for approvals. </li>
<li>Manage the equipment’s & inventories of Service Dept. and submit proposals for purchase new tools & equipment’s when required.</li>
<li>Ensure the best level of cleaning and housekeeping are maintained in the body shop.</li>
<li>Ensure the best housekeeping practices are maintaining at Service Center at all times. </li>
<li>Ensure the best safety practices are maintaining at Service Center office at all times. </li>
<li>Maintain effective customer care in order to enhance / maintain the good image of the company. </li>
<li>Support to Service Manager’s day to day work.</li>
</ul>

Candidate’s Profile

<ul>
<li>G C E A/L in mathematics.</li>
<li>Two years of experience in similar capacity.</li>
<li>Trade level certificate for Automobile Engineering from a recognized institute.</li>
<li>Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Automotive engineering will be an added qualification. </li>
<li>Computer literacy (MS Office packages).</li>
<li>Proficiency in English.</li>
<li>Professionally Qualified to manage a team.</li>
<li>Qualified for maintain good PR & Interpersonal relationship.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Heavy vehicle driving license.</li>
</ul>
