Job Summary:The Bell Boy at Onyx Arjaan and Residences by Rotana-Manama will be responsible for providing excellent guest service by assisting with luggage, escorting guests to their, and explaining hotel facilities and services. The Bell Boy will also handle guest inquiries and requests in a professional and efficient manner.Job Responsibility:- Assist guests with their luggage upon arrival and departure.- Escort guests to their rooms and provide a detailed of hotel facilities and services.- Provide assistance to guests with any inquiries or requests they may have.- Deliver messages, packages, and amenities to guest rooms as required.- Ensure the lobby and entrance areas are clean and presentable at all times.- Assist with transportation arrangements for guests, including calling taxis or arranging for hotel transportation.- Ensure the security and privacy of guests’ belongings and maintain a professional and discreet attitude at all times.- Handle any guest complaints or issues promptly and escalate to a supervisor if necessary.- Maintain knowledge of the local area and provide recommendations and directions to guests.Candidate Requirements:- High school diploma or. in a customer-facing role, in a hotel or hospitality setting.- Excellent communication and interpersonal. service orientation.- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy luggage-clear the local area and knowledge of tourism attractions.- Professional appearance and demeanour.- Fluency in English is required, and knowledge additional is a plus.Please note that this job description is an overview of the responsibilities and requirements for the Bell Boy role at Onyx Arjaan and Residences by Rotana-Manama, Bahrain.
