Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be the go-to person for our guests, providing information, assistance, and personalized recommendations to enhance their stay. If you have excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of the local area, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences, we encourage you to apply and become an essential part of our hotel’s guest services team.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Assist guests with restaurant reservations, transportation, and entertainment bookings.
Offer recommendations for dining, shopping, and cultural experiences.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and special preferences promptly and courteously.
Coordinate special requests and arrangements, such as room upgrades and celebrations.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of local events and activities.
Arrange transportation and assist with luggage as needed.
Ensure guest satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs.
Maintain a tidy and organized concierge desk.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Concierge or in a guest services role is preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Extensive knowledge of the local area, including restaurants, attractions, and services.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Proficiency in using reservation systems and technology.
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field is a plus.
