FOR ELECTRICAL JOB

·       Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.

·       Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers, to identify hazards and defects.

·       Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using test equipment and hand tools.

·       Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical code specifications.

·       Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary repairs or replacements.

·       Experience in DB dressing, cable tray installation, GI conducting,electrical cable landing and termination works

·       At least 2-3 years of experience working as an electrician.

·       Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial electrical work.

·       Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

FOR PLUMPING JOB

·       Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.

·       Coordinate efficiently with the team to ensure smooth operations on the job site.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve any plumbing issues in a timely manner.

·       Ensure all plumbing works are compliant with local codes and standards.

·       Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade

·       Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices

·       Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper

·       Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills

·       Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted

·       Excellent problem-solving skills

·       Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously

·       Proficiency in basic mathematics and conversion of measurements
