Job Summary:We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Onyx Arjaan by Rotana-Bahrain Bay in Manama, Bahrain. As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of housekeeping operations to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.Job Responsibilities:- Develop and implement housekeeping standards and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring they follow established standards and procedures.- Schedule and assign daily tasks to housekeeping staff to ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained according to the hotel’s standards.- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and function spaces to ensure cleanliness and make necessary improvements.- Order and maintain adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.- Collaborate with other departments to provide a seamless and outstanding guest experience.- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints related to housekeeping services.- Monitor and control departmental expenses within budgeted parameters.- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, well hotel policies and procedures.Candidate Requirements:- Proven work experience as an Executive Housekeeper or in a similar role within the hospitality industry, pre-opening experience is a plus point.- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, including cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.- Ability to train, motivate, and supervise a team.- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.- Good communication and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.If you meet the above requirements about providing excellent housekeeping services, we would love to hear from you.
