Our client is a leading consulting organization and are looking at HR specialists strong in UAE labor laws.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Generate HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support management decision-making.
- Maintain HR procedures and policies that comply with labor regulations.
- Assist in managing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, leave management, and employee welfare initiatives.
- Maintain and follow up with expat residency to be renewed and up to date.
- Assist Finance team to prepare the payroll monthly.
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience preferably in Consulting or Professional Service industry
- Thorough knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in UAE.
