Flow is working with a leading law firm who are hiring an IT Analyst to be based in the UAE.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve IT service requests.
- Identify key issues, potential risks, and major incidents and escalate to line management and recommend solutions.
- Log all service requests, maintain, and update the record as needed.
- Provide technical support and maintain activities by liaising with internal departments and end-users.
- Monitor IT Equipment inventory.
- Assist in departmental budgets by highlighting cost-saving and investment opportunities.
- Provide a high level of customer service and end-user administration.
