Job Description:
Provide essential support to the sales team, manage product inquiries, facilitate communication between clients and suppliers, and contribute to the growth and success of company’s piping products business.
Receive, review, and process customer orders for piping products, ensuring accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
Act as a knowledgeable resource for clients, addressing inquiries, providing technical information, and recommending appropriate solutions
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients interested in piping products, effectively communicating product features, benefits, and pricing
Coordinate with internal and supplier’s departments such as engineering and logistics to ensure seamless order processing and delivery
