Job Summary:We are looking for a diligent and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at the Onyx Arjaan and Residences by Rotana in Manama, Bahrain. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily security operations and ensuring a safe and secure environment for our staff.Job Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of security personnel and ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures.- Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify and address any security issues or concerns.- Monitor surveillance cameras and respond to any suspicious activities or incidents promptly.- Handle all security incidents and emergencies effectively, including coordinating with local authorities when necessary.- Train and educate security staff on new procedures and ensure their readiness to handle different security scenarios.- Conduct investigations into security breach incidents and maintain accurate records of all incidents and reports.- Implement and enforce access control procedures to protect the property and maintain a secure environment.- Collaborate with other departments’ management to maintain effective security measures throughout the property.- Stay updated on the latest technologies and practices to enhance the effectiveness of security operations.Candidate Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in security management or related field is a plus.- Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.- Sound knowledge of security operations and best practices.- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.- Excellent communication and skills.- Ability to handle stressful situations and emergency scenarios calmly and effectively.- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.- physical condition, as the role may require extended periods of standing or walking.- Proficiency in operating surveillance systems and security-related equipment.Job Details
