– صياغة العقود والاتفاقيات صياغة قانونية سليمة.
– الإشراف على طرح المشاريع الخاصة بالمركز للمناقصة.
– تحليل وتقييم السياسات والإجراءات السارية والخاصة بالعقود لتحديد الاحتياجات لإجراء أي تعديلات أو تمديد للعقود ومدى مطابقتها لمتطلبات العقود.
– المراقبة والتقييم الدوري لأداء المتعاقدين وفقاً لمتطلبات العقد وعدم الالتزام بأي من شروط العقد أو موعد التسليم وإعداد الإجراءات العلاجية اللازمة.
– إعداد التقارير الدوريةّ عن عمليات التعاقد والرفع بها الى مدير الإدارة.
