المهام:
- اتباع القائمة الإعدادية التي أنشأها الطهاة لتخطيط الواجبات.
- وضع ملصقات على جميع المكونات وتخزينها على الرفوف بحيث يمكن تنظيمها ويمكن الوصول إليها بسهولة
- قياس المكونات والتوابل المستخدمة في الطبخ
- تحضير مكونات الطبخ عن طريق غسل وتقطيع الخضار وتقطيع اللحوم وغيرها.
- القيام بواجبات الطبخ الأساسية مثل تقليل الصلصات، وغلي الطعام جزئيًا، وما إلى ذلك.
- تحضير أطباق بسيطة مثل السلطات والمقبلات وغيرها.
- الحفاظ على مطبخ نظيف ومنظم من خلال غسل الأطباق، وتعقيم الأسطح، وإخراج القمامة وما إلى ذلك.
- التأكد من تخزين كافة المواد الغذائية وغيرها من العناصر بشكل صحيح.
- الامتثال للمبادئ التوجيهية للتغذية والصرف الصحي.
- أداء واجبات المطبخ الأخرى المعينة.
