To ensure professional customer journey, customer retention and company’s profitability .<br>

What you will do</b><br>
• Ensure customer retention by implementing AF Standard and principle process.<br>
• Customer service values and AF values are executed at all times.<br>
• Ensure quality is maintained at all times<br>
• Increase profitability through sales and upselling incremental packages (product, service) the company offers.<br>
• Implement 5S at work.<br>
• Perform all duties and responsibilities mentioned in the business SOP.<br>
• Compliance with health and safety requirements of the company and preventing any harm to the environment.<br>
• Learning and development by upgrading themselves with new technology, work procedures, time standards and relevant technical know-how to maintain or improve work productivity and quality.</p>

<p><b>Required Skills to be successful</b><br>
• Knowledge of Body parts and general mechanical components of repair of Body & Paint .<br>
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills able to drive best practices and productivity.</p>

<b>About the Team</b><br>
You will work in Body & Paint Business reporting to Reception Supervisor .<br>

<b>What equips you for the role</b></p>
<p>• Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Automobile)</p>
<p>• 3-6 years in a reputed workshop as B&P Service Advisor</p>
