<p><b>Overview of the role:</b><br>
The Sales Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Sales team andprovide support in achieving/exceeding the targeted sales of Parts and Accessories business while maintaining/ improving the customer service experience. The role will be based in our Umm Ramool office. </p>

<p><b>What you will do:</b></p>

<p>•    Purchase automotive parts and accessories using ERP applications (SAP, and SAP Ariba) for use in repair jobs and customization of vehicles.<br>
•    Forecast the requirement of materials and services, and ensure availability at all times for the smooth running of projects &amp; workshop operations in order to achieve business targets.<br>
•    Evaluate and compare quotations from multiple suppliers to identify the most cost-effective option, shorter lead times, better quality, and adherence to the required specifications of the material.<br>
•    Create purchase requisitions, purchase orders, &amp; service orders, and coordinate with suppliers and outsourced service providers.<br>
•    Communicate with vendors, customers, team members, and managers to align goals &amp; highlight any issues in orders approval, and material deliveries.<br>
•    Create DBM Orders and assist in operations within the broader division of Accessories, SVD &amp; Consumables.<br>
•    Conduct Product Trials<br>
•    Follow up on Payments and Maintain Customer accounts<br>
•    Co-ordinate with Internal and External customers and generate sales<br>
•    Site audits <br>
•    Maintain and update supplier’s information, supplier’s invoices and clear their payments.<br>
•    Track and record orders, follow-up for orders delivery and confirm estimated-time arrival of the backorders.<br>
•    Inspect the deliveries of materials and services against company standards to meet the quality expectations of the business.<br>
•    Evaluate productivity through parts performance report, work-in-progress reports, and monthly nett sales reports.<br>
•    Prepare and process warranty claims according to the manufacturer guidelines with proper documentation.<br>
•    Submit claims efficiently and follow up with manufacturers to ensure claims are being processed. Resubmit any denied claims to secure payment for warranty work, and charge rejected claims to goodwill in accordance with company policy.<br>
•    Optimize warehouse operations through availability reports, delivery scheduling, receiving, allocation, damage &amp; aging reports of materials.<br>
•    Identify and minimize dead stock using current &amp; aging stock reports with the year’s bucket. <br>
•    Assist in testing new SAP system modules and ensure timely implementation of new modules such as VAT Tax Implementation, System Time Clocking for Labor, and Bonded warehouse.<br>
•    Responsible to train and assist new staff to ensure all duties are performed effectively.<br>

<p><b>About the Team:</b><br>
Reporting to the Manager of the division and the primary focus of the role will be providing sales and administrative assistance to the sales team.</p>

<p><b>What equips you for the role:</b></p>

<p>Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma<br>
3 years’ experience as a Sales Administration or Sales Coordinator<br>
Knowledge in SAP and invoicing<br>
Proficient in English and communications skills<br>
Strong Microsoft Office skills, Excel in particular<br>
Experience in managing customers and good communication skills</p>
