Overview of the role:

The employee is responsible to handle all aspects of back office operations at the BPD division. This includes pre-sale activities such as inquiry register, qualification submittal, technical selection, quotation preparation, sample submittal as well as post-sale activities such as coordination with the commercial executive for client registration, delivery follow up, and complaints handling. The employee is also in charge for all after-sales activities related to spare parts quotations, sales, orders, stocking and delivery as well as client management.

Job Context:

The employee must work closely with the Sales team and the commercial team to ensure timely operations and deliver of quotations, materials on time.

The employee should implement and handle best practices to the business and the individual must demonstrate broad interpersonal skills in dealing with all internal departments, customers, vendors and principals

What you will do:

<li>Pre-Sales Operations</li>
<li>Registering all inquiries</li>
<li>Technical selection of product</li>
<li>Company prequalification preparation</li>
<li>Cost sheet preparation </li>
<li>Quotation preparation </li>
<li>Coordinate samples preparation and delivery to site</li>
<li>Coordinate with the sales team, and provide all needed support that enable them to qualify and secure orders</li>
<li>Number and value of quotations submitted on time per month</li>
<li>Value of projects won by supporting the sales team to secure sales orders</li>
<li>Post Sales Operations</li>
<li>Ensure Timely creation of sales orders by commercial executive</li>
<li>Client registration follow-up </li>
<li>Client Payment follow-ups</li>
<li>Coordination with commercial team for logistics from A to Z to ensure timely deliveries on projects</li>
<li>Timely delivery of orders onsite</li>
<li>Number of customer delivery complaints</li>
<li>Spare Parts Operations </li>
<li>Ensuring that spare parts are stocked in sufficient amounts </li>
<li>Handling inquiries of spare parts, providing technical solution and preparing quotations for the same</li>
<li>Annual sales value of spare parts</li>
<li>Timely delivery of spare parts orders onsite</li>
<li>Number of customer spare parts complaints</li>

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

<li style=”text-align:justify”>Bachelors Degree</li>
<li style=”text-align:justify”>Technical knowledge of Sanitary ware with ability to specify and select products to match with project requirements</li>
<li style=”text-align:justify”>Advance users of MS Office</li>
<li style=”text-align:justify”>Knowledge of SAP an added advantage.</li>
<li style=”text-align:justify”>Excellent communication skills</li>
<li style=”text-align:justify”>Excellent organizational skills</li>
</ul>

Minimum Experience:

<ul style=”margin-bottom:4.0px;margin-top:4.0px”>
<li style=”text-align:justify”>5+ years of experience in Sanitary works in a similar role.</li>
