<p><b>Overview of the role</b><br>
We are currently looking for an experienced <b>Sales Manager</b> to work for<b> Al Futtaim Lexus in Dubai Investment Park (DIP)</b>. You will manage the sales functions for the assigned specific portfolio by executing sales strategies. Ensure that the sales team adheres to the company mission, vision and values by monitoring the application of standard operating procedures. Responsible for the achievement of the specific portfolio goals by directing sales teams to achieve targets as required by the Dealer management.</p>

<p><b>What you will do</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.</li>
<li>Set individual sales targets with sales team.</li>
<li>Delegate responsibility for customer accounts to sales personnel.</li>
<li>Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople.</li>
<li>Monitor the activities and performance of the sales team.</li>
<li>Ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly & consistently.</li>
<li>Liaise with supporting functionalities to ensure achievement of sales objectives.</li>
<li>Evaluate performance of sales staff.</li>
<li>Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue.</li>
<li>Analyse data to identify sales opportunities.</li>
<li>Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts.</li>
<li>Manage & control debtor & stock days within budget days. </li>

<p><b>Required skills to be successful</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 3 years of Sales Manager experience in the automotive </li>
<li>Experienced in managing the sales operations on a day-to-day basis</li>
<li>Experienced in managing a team </li>
<li>Excellent MS Office skills and SAP knowledge is an added advantage</li>

The role will report to the Dealer Principal. You will be working in a dynamic and busy environment wherein you will be dealing directly with both internal and external customers.</p>

To be considered for this exciting role you should have a bachelor’s degree or similarly qualified person with minimum 3 years managerial sales experience in an automotive industry.<br>
You must have strong communication skills, be a confident decision maker, have excellent leadership skills and be able to influence others. You will be an engaging leader with a skill for developing talent, a drive for results and a strategic thinker.<br>
