Responsibilities:
Financial Transactions: Accurately process and record daily financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and invoices, using the hotel’s accounting software.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and analyses for management review, providing insights into the hotel’s financial performance.
Budget Monitoring: Support the finance team in monitoring budgetary allocations, expenses, and revenue to ensure adherence to financial plans.
Expense Management: Verify and process expense claims, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and regulations.
Tax Compliance: Assist in complying with tax regulations, preparing necessary documentation, and filing tax returns.

Qualifications and Requirements:
