As an AP Accountant, you will be reporting to the Finance Manager, and you will join the Accounting team.
Your primary duties will encompass receiving, processing, and inputting invoices into the payment system, with a focus on resolving account discrepancies and investigating variances. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining vendor account data by reconciling vendor statements and invoices.

Scrutinizing invoice validity prior to integration into our AP system.Coding AP invoices in alignment with the Chart of Accounts and Analytical codes.Addressing accounting discrepancies.Ensuring compliance with invoice approval procedures.Liaising with suppliers to track invoice status and payments.Preparing payment runs.Integrating bank statements into our ERP.Managing and recording petty cash expenses.Clearing SAP and bank entries.Provision management.Handling netting entries between intercompany accounts.Vendor account reconciliation.Upholding confidentiality.
