- Create and develop architectural designs and concept layout for various projects.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
- Monitor work, Assign task to internal team and assist with schedule management.
- Coordinate and Submit Project Schedule and team weekly task report.
- Work closely with Principal Architect to prepare comprehensive action plan.
- Produce detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software and cad standards by the company.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information if necessary for design development.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and information details, including drawings, specifications, and others with correct filing system.
- Acting as a mentor to Junior Architect and help them fine tune their skills and improve their industry knowledge.
