سيكون من مهام موظف/موظفة خدمة العملاء التواصل مع عملاء الشركة الذين سبق لهم الطلب من التطبيق لتجربة الخصائص والمزايا الجديدة للتطبيق، والحصول على إفادة من العملاء حول تلك الخدمات.
المسؤوليات:
- التواصل مع عملاء الشركة الذين سبق لهم الطلب من التطبيق لتجربة الخصائص الجديدة.
- متابعة العملاء الذين تم التواصل معهم بالفعل حول تجربة الخصائص الجديدة.
- التأكد من حصول العميل على أفضل تجربة شراء من خلال تطبيق التعليمات الواردة في دليل تطبيق الخصائص الجديدة.
