With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to sustainability, our client provides cutting-edge lighting systems tailored to their clients’ diverse needs. As they expand the horizons, our client is seeking an experienced 
<b>Executive Assistant</b> who will be responsible for a wide variety of secretarial and administrative duties on behalf of the Senior Management Executive of the company.

<br />-
<b>Calendar Management:</b> Efficiently manage the Managing Director’s calendar, schedule appointments, prioritize meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts to ensure optimal time utilization.
<br />-
<b>Travel Arrangements</b>: Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.
<br />-
<b>Meeting Coordination</b>: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations. Attend meetings as necessary, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
<br />- Communication: Act as a primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and proofread emails, reports, and other documents.

<b>Document Management:</b> Maintain and organize sensitive documents, contracts, and confidential information in both physical and electronic formats.
<br />-
<b> Prioritization: </b>Assess and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring that urgent matters are addressed promptly.

<b>dministrative Support:</b> Provide general administrative support, such as expense reporting, handling phone calls, and managing office supplies.

<b>Project Assistance</b>: Assist in special projects and initiatives as directed by the Managing Director.

<b>Confidentiality</b>: Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
<br />
<br />Requirements- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting top-level executives.
<br />- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
<br />- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
<br />- Proficient in MS Office Suite, with the ability to learn company-specific software.
<br />- Attention to detail and a high degree of confidentiality.
<br />- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
<br />- Professionalism and the ability to represent the Managing Director and the company effectively.
<br />- Fluent in Arabic & English
