Job Summary:We are looking a & Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage department. The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, managing staff members, and maximizing revenue and profitability.Job Responsibilities:- Coordinate and supervise all aspects of the food and beverage department, including restaurant, bar, and catering services.- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the quality and variety of food and beverage offerings.- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,al policies, and company standards.- Train and motivate staff members to deliver exceptional service and meet productivity goals.- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock.- Collaborate with other departments, such as kitchen, housekeeping, and sales, to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.- Deal with customer inquiries, complaints, feedback ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.- Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.- Implement and enforce quality control measures to uphold service standards and meet client expectations.Candidate Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar role.- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a diverse team.- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.- Exceptional customer service skills to provide personalized experiences and handle customer concerns effectively.- Ability to work under pressure meet tight deadlines.- Proficient in using software applications, such as point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.- Relevant certifications, such as Food Safety or First Aid, would be a plus.Job Details
