IT Manager – Arab Otsuka Nutraceutical

1. Manages every aspect of a company’s computer and information systems including evaluating IT and software projects, managing the IT and software development teams, and developing and implementing policies and procedures for the IT and software development departments , industrial IT including data integration
2. Oversees the day-to-day operations of the IT, software development, and telecommunications teams.
3. Plan, direct, evaluate, and control the operations of these teams and the procedures they follow.
4. Compile and submit reports on the implementation of work in the field of work that is their responsibility to superiors to ensure the availability of necessary data and information
5. Implementation of the preparation of ERP System management activity reports periodically or as needed
6. Prepare work plans and cost budgets in the departments / fields of work that are his responsibility
7. Ensure the development of new software happens through a process allowing for optimal efficiency.
8. Responsible for meeting with clients, creating a budget plan, managing software development teams, and hiring new candidates to fill out the team.
9. Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management.
10. Analyzing the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs.
11. Oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security) and evaluate them according to established goals.
12. Purchase efficient and cost effective technological equipment and software.
13. Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency.
14. Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management.
15. Coordinate and supervise IT staff and technicians and other professionals to provide guidance.
16. Control budget and report on expenditure.
17. Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts.
18. Hire, train and build Team.
