Job Title: IT Support

Key Responsibilities:
- Device Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of macOS and Windows devices, including regular software updates and hardware checks.
- Technical Support: Address tech-related queries and issues from the staff, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal productivity.
- Networking: Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot office networks to ensure constant connectivity.
- Training: Assist staff with new software or hardware introductions and provide guidance on best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the broader IT team on larger projects or when escalated support is required.
