MEP Engineer (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Plumbing) – SSCL

Role and Responsibilities:

·       Develop a Technical proposal that takes into consideration all the requirements of RFP, RFQ … etc.

·       Review RFPs and client requirements to gain a clear understanding of project objectives and deliverables.

·       Develop and revise technical proposal strategies and themes, as well as a Proposal Management Plan.

·       Develop a proposal compliance matrix and ensure that all requirements are met during the proposal development process.

·       Manage the timeline for proposal responses.

·       Collect and send follow-up and clarification questions to clients.

·       Implementing quality control processes to maintain high standards in the proposal’s content, format, and overall presentation.

·       Conduct a site visit and prepare a site visit report if required.

·       Develop and review operation plan that meets the tender requirements.

• Communicate and attend required meetings with technical team, consultants, contractors as needed.
• Submit all required reports by line manager.
• Review and collect necessary data from shop drawings, as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals and data sheets.

·       Prepare manpower schedule and manpower operations daily roster that serve the client requirements if required.

·       Performs other related duties as assigned.
