• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and critical milestones, to meet client requirements and project objectives.
• Resource Allocation: Ensure efficient allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project deadlines and cost objectives.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and update risk assessments throughout the project lifecycle.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project progress against established schedules and budgets, reporting deviations and taking corrective actions as necessary.
• Cost Control: Monitor project costs, identify cost overruns, and implement cost control measures to maintain project profitability.
• Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring that they are properly documented, approved, and communicated to all stakeholders.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and clients.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents.
