· Supervise team of Project Managers / Project Engineers / Leads
· Coordinates with Project Managers /Leads to Monitor & Ensure projects are completed in schedule within the Budgeted Manhours /Materials
· Coordinate with Project Managers /Operation manager to have resources (Manpower /Equipment) forecast and ensure resources are distributed / utilized effectively within the Project.
· Meeting with clients, stakeholder for feedback and required project assignment.
· Manage risk to avoid delays.
