Responsibilities:

– Greet clients and visitors and provide them with a positive first impression of the company.

– Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate parties.

– Distribute mail and packages to members of the organization.

– Schedule client appointments and conference room reservations.

– Manage office inventory and order office supplies as needed.

– Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing.

– Help ensure the reception area is clean and well-maintained.

– Other duties as assigned.
