The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process within the company to ensure that the organization attracts, hires, and retains high-quality employees.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a sustainable talent acquisition strategy.
  • Align the recruitment strategy with the overall goals of the organization.

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Identify and utilize various sourcing channels like job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies to attract potential candidates.
  • Develop a network of potential candidates and maintain relationships with them.

Screening and Selection:

  • Screen resumes and applications to ensure they meet the company’s requirements.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and experiences.

Employer Branding:

  • Work on employer branding initiatives to make the company a desirable place to work.
  • Represent the company at career fairs and other recruitment events.

Recruitment Process Optimization:

  • Continuously analyze and refine recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics to identify areas of improvement and measure the success of recruitment

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team.

Compliance and Reporting:
