Overview of the role:

Key Accountability 1: Project Management

Responsible for :

<ul style=”margin-bottom:1.0px;margin-top:1.0px”>
<li>Support the construction manager in coordinating with Engineers and Supervisors in quantifying total material requirements for the project, ensuring timely order of materials, planning / arranging of material delivered to site. </li>
<li>Ensuring timely forwarding of DO’s to HO.</li>
</ul>

Key Accountability 2: ENGINEERING

Responsible for :

<ul style=”margin-bottom:1.0px;margin-top:1.0px”>
<li>Getting approved material details to ensure the same are being supplied by the vendor and in line with project requirement.</li>
</ul>

Key Accountability 3: Quality / Standards

Responsible for :

<ul style=”margin-bottom:1.0px;margin-top:1.0px”>
<li>Ensure the materials are stacked in stores acceptable to industry standards. Ensure the delivered material are having quality to endure the duration to be used.</li>
</ul>

Key Accountability 4: Health, Safety & Environment

Responsible for :

<ul style=”margin-bottom:1.0px;margin-top:1.0px”>
<li>Support the project in ensuring that all company and sub contract personnel are complying with AFE HSE Policy. </li>
<li>Reporting all personal injuries and incidents and assisting with investigations.</li>
<li>Actively supporting and participate in safety and environmental initiatives.</li>
<li>Ensuring JSAs are completed as required.</li>
<li>Ensuring proper housekeeping and stacking of material in line with the project standards at all times</li>
</ul>

<li>The Project Site Supervisor is to support the project team in accomplishing the assigned tasks within the framework of the company policies and procedures.</li>
</ul>

Minimum qualifications and knowledge:

<li>Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering</li>
</ul>

Minimum Experience:

<ul>
<li>0- 5 years of experience </li>
</ul>
