A newly established company in Abu Dhabi is actively seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive business support services at our office.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess prior experience as an Administrator in a dynamic office setting. Essential qualifications include excellent communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with exceptional organizational abilities, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication and engagement with local authorities on behalf of senior management to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Manage the registration of our business with all required state organizations.
  • Obtain essential permits to facilitate unhindered business operations without delays.
  • Efficiently oversee day-to-day office management tasks.
  • Handle phone calls, take messages, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail while preparing outgoing mail.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and document organization.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain staff calendars.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Coordinate meetings and events as necessary.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation according to diary requirements.
  • Provide translation services (Arabic-English, English-Arabic).
  • Offer interpreting support during business meetings (Arabic-English, English-Arabic).
