- To give excellent service to consumers by resolving their queries and to continually provide high standards of care throughout the relationship with the customer.
- Engaging with clients over the phone to help with problems questions, and applications.
Your Tasks
- Answering of customer calls and providing assistance in a positive, friendly and helpful attitude.
- Take ownership for resolving customer’s enquires and complaints promptly and efficiently, providing a solution in accordance with agreed company processes and procedures, and following up where necessary to ensure customer journey is managed well.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Provide concise, accurate, complete and informative responses to the customer.
- Recognize where customer issues require escalation and follow the escalation procedure.
Our offer
Salary: $700 per month + Overtime
