MAIN DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES
1. Assist in the implementation of the company safety program, ensure that all employees are adequately trained for the positions that they are employed in.
2. Direct the workforce to carry out all scheduled production activities on time and within budgets.
3. Ensure that adequate storage facilities are available to meet the production and related storage requirements.
4. Ensure that the workforce is adequately supervised, and that overtime is controlled and kept to a minimum.
5. Assist the Production Superintendent in producing action plan to improve Production, Quality, Material usage and Logistics.
6. Take action to reverse adverse trends. Any variations will report to Production Superintendent
7. Implement the required personnel reviews to identify the further training and support needed by the workforce.
8. Perform internal audits as directed by the QA Manager
9. Comply with all HSE requirements (ISO.14001. OHSA-18001 and own the process).
10. Fully in- charge to implement safety rules and ensure I.I.F.
