- Conduct talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Keep Odoo server up-to-date with all the candidates’ data
- Conduct an orientation for new hires
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Create job descriptions for each job title
- Enroll current and newly hires employees in social insurance and any other insurance we may offer
- Provide support to employees in leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Create monthly payroll
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Check the employees’ daily reports
- Monitor each department’s daily progress
- Create manpower plan
· Setting objectives for the departments and tracking progress
· Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers
- Recommend strategies to motivate employees
- Investigate complaints brought forward by employees
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff
- Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports
