• Conduct talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Keep Odoo server up-to-date with all the candidates’ data
• Conduct an orientation for new hires
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
• Create job descriptions for each job title
• Enroll current and newly hires employees in social insurance and any other insurance we may offer
• Provide support to employees in leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Create monthly payroll
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
• Undertake tasks around performance management
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
• Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations
• Check the employees’ daily reports
• Monitor each department’s daily progress
• Create manpower plan

·       Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers

• Recommend strategies to motivate employees
• Investigate complaints brought forward by employees
• Perform orientations and update records of new staff
• Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports
