Head of Network & Security – CI Capital

• Initiates, facilitates and promotes activities to create information security awareness throughout the company.
• Monitors the internal control systems to ensure that appropriate access levels are maintained.
• Responsible for the company’s network and electronic documents’ security, to remain up to date.
• Ensures that backup systems operate effectively.
• Analyzes technology and industry trends to determine organizational objectives, and then develop strategic plans to meet goals.
• Ensures the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data residing on or transmitted to/from/through company workstations, servers and other systems and in databases and other data repositories.
• Oversees security tools, policies, and procedures to be complied with corporate standards vendor management, and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
• Supervises Network and security complex solutions in a multivendor environment.
• Supervising the implementation and troubleshooting of Voice over IP, and Cisco Collaboration solution, and future planning
• Performs network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
• Monitors network performance and ensure system availability and reliability, and prepare future planning.
• Monitors security system and users’ behavior, to detect and response to security risks, and prepare for future security systems enhancement.  
• Provides Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Responsible for monitoring all IT-related security and safety issues within a company.
