Proven experience managing large-scale landscape projects.
Knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and landscape design.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage budgets and work within a team.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in hiring and managing staff, including landscape designers and maintenance crews, and overseeing day-to-day operations. As well as ensuring that outdoor areas are well-maintained and meet safety and environmental regulations. This may include managing irrigation systems, trimming trees and shrubs, and maintaining walkways and paths.
