Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance, direction, and support.

Ensure that team members understand and follow company policies and procedures.

Handle employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary actions as necessary.
Monitor and report on team performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and project progress.
Contribute to the development of team schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Foster a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting teamwork and accountability.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Leadership qualities, including decision-making and problem-solving skills.
