Role Description : The System Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as system administration, troubleshooting, technical support, and network administration. This role will require working closely with other IT team members to ensure optimal system performance.

Qualifications

• Arabic speaker
• Strong System Administration skills
• Experience in troubleshooting and technical support
• Network Administration skills
• Information Technology knowledge and skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are a plus.
• Virtualization – Hyper-V
• Vmware Hands on
• Backup solution Hands on
• HCIP certified
• Knowledge in Commvault
