Project Manager Engineer – Gargash Management Services

As a Project Manager at AJ Gargash Development, you will undertake multiple and complex project development assignments, will be timebound, and the candidate must be resourceful to deliver on time and within budget. The candidate will be tasked to work on multiple projects of different scale and sizes and must be proficient and capable to deliver individually and or within a team.

The candidate must have integrity, valid industry experience, and technical capabilities within the project management and construction industry to create feasibilities, validate and negotiate with vendors, review designs technically, and facilitate building a team. 

Job Responsibilities: Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Review – Project Design reviews, compliance with authority requirements, value engineering,
• Planning – Development of Project Management Plans, strategy, liaising with stakeholders to deliver on time, technical queries. Procurement – RFP’s finalization, shortlisting and negotiating with contractors, documentation.
• Strategizing – Feasibilities, market analysis (construction industry) and quantifying risk and reward,
• General duties – Team building, mentoring, networking.
