- التجاوب مع اسئلة العملاء المتعلقة بأعمال البناء والتمويل و الصيانة والإصلاحات والتقييمات.
- مساعدة المشترين على اختيار العقار المناسب وتقديم التوصيات والإقتراحات.
- تحديد احتياجات العملاء وقدراتهم المالية لاقتراح الحلول التي تناسبهم.
