· Study the allocated real estate area thoroughly including unit types, locations, floor plans, and prices.
· Cold-calling prospective clients to build a personal database of inventory for rent or sale.
· Consult with clients on how you can sell/rent their homes quickly for the best value.
· Post the advertisements on the leading property portals provided by the company.
· Receive calls for the advertised properties and schedule for property viewings.
· Coordinate with clients for property viewings and master the skills of closing the deal.
· Handhold the clients through the negotiation and transfer process.
· Maintain updated listings and provide regular feedback on pipelines to team managers.
· Regularly attend training programs including soft skills training on cold calling, prospecting, listing of ads in portals, etc.
· Regularly attend company events, team building exercises, open houses, and developer presentations.
· Build personal networks and attend various networking events to build a future pipeline.
