Creating and retaining group and meeting segment customers through various sales activities (in-hotel face-to-face sales meetings, hotel tours, phone calls, hospitality, area inspections, etc.), thus ensuring that your own account portfolio is fully comprehensive, achieving targets and ensuring maximum production.
Establish and develop good relationships with Professional Conference Organizers, Travel Management Companies, sales departments of Travel Agencies, tourism officials, corporate companies that hold meetings, and thus maximize customer satisfaction within Rotana Hotels.
Responsible for the hotel’s long and short-term group accommodations, meetings, banquets, banquets and event segments, and monitoring its revenues
Entering information accurately into the hotel system (Opera) in accordance with the standards set by Rotana Hotel Management PJSC and keeping agency / contact information up to date.
To closely follow the production of agencies and corporate companies such as 10 rooms (short-term and long-term accommodation) and to keep the company and contact database up to date in the hotel management system.
Having up-to-date and comprehensive information about the entire hotel; rooms, food and beverage areas, banquet organization areas, sales points and all features of the facility.
Communicating with Rotana Global Sales Offices and working with team awareness and increasing guest loyalty in Rotana Hotels
Ensuring the sending and tracking of all received requests and demand offers in accordance with Rotana Standards, sharing available date information in case of no date availability, and following up the offer after the offer stage.
Notifying departments of all signed contracts in accordance with Rotana Standards and transferring information to operations departments
To effectively follow up on guest feedback after the organized events, to encourage the guest to give feedback, and to share the feedback received with the hotel management.
Promoting efficiency, confidence and the highest level of social skills and setting an example among Rotana employees
Developing and maintaining detailed product information within the hotel, monitoring rival hotels in your region in terms of product information
In order to maintain Rotana Standards and ensure their implementation, to maximize guest satisfaction, to report all observed and observed malfunctions to the Sales Director.
