Senior Business Analyst – Metashops

 We are hiring a business analyst to join our project team. You will work alongside other business analysts and report directly to the project manager. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing and have experience of ERP system. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Understand the business goals, objectives, and strategies of assigned projects, and how they fit into the overall company strategy
• Work with project stakeholders to define business requirements and user stories that will be used to guide development teams in building software solutions
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices to inform business decisions and improve process efficiency
• Use data analysis techniques to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations to business and IT leadership
• Create detailed documentation of business processes and workflows
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, translating complex technical concepts into layman’s terms
• Help create test plans and cases to ensure quality assurance of delivered software solutions
• Participate in agile scrum meetings and other project team meetings to provide updates on business analyst activities
• Monitor project progress and report risks and issues to project stakeholders in a timely manner
• Manage change requests throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that all impacted parties are kept up-to-date
• Perform post-implementation reviews to document lessons learned and make recommendations for future projects
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital technologies and how they can be applied to solve business problems
• Continuously monitor project progress and perform regular assessments to ensure that deliverables meet quality standards, while also adapting to changing business needs, documenting changes, and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Assume a pivotal role in the software development lifecycle by actively participating in the creation of user stories, process flows, and wireframes, fostering clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders and aiding in the design of user-intuitive interfaces.
• Maintain ongoing supervision of project progress and perform frequent evaluations to verify compliance with quality standards, while also adjusting to changing business prerequisites, documenting alterations, and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Take on a vital role in the software development lifecycle by participating extensively in crafting user stories, process flows, and wireframes, nurturing lucid communication between technical and non-technical parties, and assisting in the formulation of user-centric interfaces.
• Team up with multifaceted groups, comprising stakeholders, developers, and project managers, to amass and document exhaustive prerequisites for emerging projects, features, or system enhancements, certifying harmony with enterprise objectives.
• Maintain a continuous watch over project progression and undertake frequent assessments to ensure alignment with quality benchmarks, simultaneously adapting to evolving business needs, recording modifications, and imparting updates to involved stakeholders.
