Senior Regional Marketing Manager (India & South Asia)

On-Site – Dubai

Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Independent Contractor for the role of Senior Regional Marketing Manager (India & South Asia) to contribute to our company’s expansion in India. You will be responsible for client acquisition, marketing budget and go-to Marketing plan for India and South Asia.

Responsibilities:

· Candidate with Forex experience (Given 1st priority)

· Candidate with backgrounds in Fintech, Financial Services (Mandatory)

· Candidate must have exposure to the India Market (Mandatory).

· Increase the number of client acquisition for the India and South Asia market.

· Manage the overall marketing budget and expenses in India and South Asia.

· Track the effectiveness and efficiency of the different marketing channels.

· Come up with a solid holistic country-level marketing and go-to-market plan.

· Oversee and launch marketing campaigns for the region to focus on client acquisition and activation.

· Manage events and other offline marketing activities for the country.

· Work closely with the global marketing team to coordinate campaigns, content creation, media buying as well as

branding activities.

· Collaborate with the sales team to provide sales enablement strategies for the sales team to increase their sales.

· Solve any assigned tasks from Head Office related to marketing.

Requirements:

· Required language(s): English, Hindi, (Tamil as an advantage).

· Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communication, finance, or a related field.

· A minimum of 3-4 years experience in marketing and a managerial role.

· Ability to supervise a team and deal with staff issues if required.

· Knowledge of digital marketing best practices.

· Experience with marketing tools and software.

· Experience working in high-tech environment.

· Display a strong and charismatic personality, with the capability to find compromise when necessary while

advocating your well-justified opinions.

· Being able to communicate confidently in an international business environment.

· Embrace a positive attitude that fosters a collaborative and energetic work environment.

· Possess exceptional multitasking skills, enabling you to handle diverse responsibilities and meet deadlines with

ease.

· Show a high level of proactivity and initiative, taking ownership of challenges and proactively seeking opportunities
