As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will focus on onboarding new clients and be involved in the growth of these accounts by employing a value-based relationship approach. With your existing knowledge and experience in the Forex industry, you will be required to mentor the existing China sales team and support them in delivering impactful results.

<br />Develop a professional and trusting relationship with your active portfolio of clients, keeping them up to date with our developments to ensure they receive the highest level of service.
<br />Research sources for developing prospects and for information to determine customers’ potential.
<br />Prepare and enable efficient sales activities with available tools, reports, action items, and business insights.
<br />Listen to customers and offer the best solutions to their needs and concerns.
<br />Cooperate with relevant departments to resolve issues and complaints on time.
<br />Provide feedback to relevant departments on customer needs, expectations, and frustrations.
<br />Continuously improve knowledge of the financial markets and the company’s offering.
<br />Support and coach your colleagues to improve their knowledge of the financial markets, company products, and sales techniques.
<br />Prepare and present weekly progress reports and analysis to management.
<br />Conduct quality assurance on calls and chats of the team.
<br />Provide feedback to relevant departments on customer needs, expectations, and frustrations.
<br />Work with management in their efforts to grow and expand the China sales team.

<br />Adhering to all compliance and security requirements.
<br />Any additional duties and responsibilities that may be required.

<br />RequirementsNative Mandarin, and fluent in English. Any additional languages are considered an advantage.
<br />Experience working in sales for a CFD broker covering the Greater China region essential.
<br />Experience managing a sales team at a CFD broker considered an advantage.
<br />University degree or equivalent (Business, Finance, Economics, or relevant field).
<br />Computer literate – Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook is essential.
<br />Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to network with effectively stakeholders, handle multiple tasks and track and report on progress.
<br />Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
<br />Self-motivated with a willingness to work autonomously in a fast-paced and high-pressured environment.
<br />Be proactive, show initiative and desire to drive continuous improvement.
