- اعداد خطه تطويريه قصيرة المدى (6 شهور) وطويلة المدى ( اكثر من عام ) موضحا فيها اهداف القسم وتطلعاته وخطوات العمل التطويري بجوده وكفاءة.
- متابعة العمل في المصنع.
- مسئول عن ضمان إنجاز الأعمال اليوميه بخط الانتاج (المطبخ، والبار وما الى ذلك) على الوجه الاكمل.
- مسئول عن تطبيق اللوائح والأنظمة والسياسات المتبعه بما يخص قسم التشغيل.
- متابعة تدريب العماله ومواعيد التدريب وتحليل نتائج التدريب والعائد منها.
- مسئول عن توافر الشروط الصحيه والمهنيه والقياسيه للعاملين وكذلك المواد والادوات والتجهيزات واماكن الخدمه للعملاء.
- اعداد التقارير المطلوبه ( اسبوعيه، شهريه، سنويه) والرفع بها للمدير المباشر.
- مسئول عن مراقبة التكاليف والجوده ورضاء العميل وسرعة الخدمه والعمل على زيادة الربحيه ومراقبة المنافسين المحليين وعمليات التشغيل.
- اعتماد المواصفات والمعايير الخاصة بالمنتجات.
- متابعة الإعداد الجيد داخل المعمل.
- التأكد من مطابقة المواصفات والمعايير لخطة التصنيع.
