المهام الاساسية:
إجراء أبحاث السوق لتحديد العملاء المحتملين واتجاهات السوق
توليد العملاء المتوقعين وبناء خط مبيعات قوي
إنشاء والحفاظ على العلاقات مع العملاء وفهم احتياجاتهم وتقديم المنتجات والحلول المناسبة
إعداد وتقديم عروض مبيعات وعروض توضيحية ومقترحات مقنعة للعملاء المحتملين
التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية، بما في ذلك الإدارة والعمليات، لضمان تلبية متطلبات العملاء
التفاوض على اتفاقيات البيع وإبرامها، مما يضمن رضا العملاء وتعظيم فرص الإيرادات
تقديم دعم ما بعد البيع ومعالجة أي مخاوف أو مشكلات للعملاء
