Architect – Ambitek LLC

• Collaborate with project teams to formulate design concepts and contribute to architecture design development.
• Assist in creating documentation for authority submissions, tender processes, and construction activities.
• Administer and coordinate the project team, providing training and supervision for outsourced staff in BIM drawing guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to Killa Design BIM Standards and oversee project filing procedures.
• Review and consolidate statutory requirements for local authority submissions.
• Compile a comprehensive list of documents for design and working drawings packages.
• Generate sketch designs, including perspectives, and participate in internal and client design reviews.
• Contribute to the preparation of drawing documentation and present design concepts to clients.
• Coordinate with sub-consultants and project teams for tender and construction documentation.
• Oversee the coordination of details and cross-checking with relevant documents for construction purposes.
• Issue information to contractors related to Requests for Information (RFI), additional details, site instructions, and variations.
• Ensure compliance with all QHSE policies, objectives, and procedures within the Killa Design Integrated Management System.
• Promptly report all accidents, incidents, near misses, regardless of severity, to the QHSE Manager and/or HR.
