Job Description:
- Oversee and manage renovation, civil works, and facility enhancements within the Golf Club premises.
- Utilize mechanical, engineering, and technical skills to ensure compliance and efficiency in club infrastructure and projects.
- Evaluate pricing, conduct negotiations, and manage budgets for renovation projects to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Play a crucial role in supporting and coordinating all renovation and maintenance initiatives within the Golf Club.
- Preferred candidates would have experience in quantity surveying, interior design, and possess strong project management and contractual acumen.
