Commercial Manager (مدير تجاري ) – شركة بحر الرمال

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial activities for our company. This includes managing contracts, negotiating deals, and ensuring the profitability of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
2. Manage and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
3. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
4. Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
6. Analyze financial data and provide accurate forecasts and reports to senior management
7. Oversee the bidding process and prepare commercial proposals
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects
9. Manage and develop a team of commercial professionals
10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial management or a similar role
3. Strong understanding of commercial and contract law
4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills
5. Proven ability to analyze financial data and make strategic decisions
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
7. Strong leadership and team management skills
