  • Being up to date in DLD workflow and processes for clients’ needs and requests
  • Being able to build a trustworthy connection with clients
  • Perfecting a communication and presentation skills
  • Handling customer complaints, investigating and solving the issues
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
  • Coordinating with authorities:  Land Department, RERA etc… and submit the required for approvals
  • Maintain data, records and updation in CRM.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that client needs are met
  • Mapping client’s requirements; identifying improvement areas.
  • Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer satisfactions.
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide management feedback in order to meet the business objectives.
  • MIS Reporting to Senior Management, and data updation. 
  • To communicate and maintain contact with accounts on payments/outstanding.
  • Ensure that all client relationship initiatives are aligned with the company’s overall business strategy
  • UAE real estate compliance management
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
