- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
- Coordinating with authorities: Land Department, RERA etc… and submit the required for approvals
- Maintain data, records and updation in CRM.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that client needs are met
- Mapping client’s requirements; identifying improvement areas.
- Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer satisfactions.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide management feedback in order to meet the business objectives.
- MIS Reporting to Senior Management, and data updation.
- To communicate and maintain contact with accounts on payments/outstanding.
- Ensure that all client relationship initiatives are aligned with the company’s overall business strategy
- UAE real estate compliance management
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
